Women Between Arts teams up with Brooklyn Raga Massive
As a socially and politically conscious organization, Women’s Raga Massive incorporates a social action and involvement component to a Festival, centered around women’s rights and gender equality. This year Brooklyn Raga Massive have partnered with Women Between Arts. Women Between Arts (WBA) is New York’s leading interdisciplinary womxn and non-binary artists series, created and curated by multi- and interdisciplinary artist Luisa Muhr at The New School, College of Performing Arts.
Weekly Raga Concert and Jam Session Series is made possible with public funds from the Decentralization Program of the New York State Council on the Arts, administered in Kings County by Brooklyn Arts Council. Luisa will speak about Women Between Arts at a number of events at National Sawdust, Rubin Museum, and Jalopy Theater. Unfortunately the Festival was cut short due to COVID-19.
