Albright - June 3rd, 7:30pm at the Albright-Knox Art Gallery in Buffalo, NY

Come and join Luisa and her FENGARI Ensemble for a great evening of fictional history at the famous Albright-Knox Art Gallery in Buffalo on June 3, 2017 at 7:30pm.

Albright, a historical fiction, is a play based on the life of John J. Albright, a businessman, philanthropist, and a leading in the American Industrial Revolution, his young wife Susan Fuller Albright, and Mark Twain's youngest daughter Jean Clemens. The play explores not only personal struggles of each character and their complex relationships, but also the struggles of socialism vs. capitalism, early feminism vs. patriarchy and the meaning of art in a predominantly business environment.
